Cowboy theme birthday party? - cowboy birthday invitations wording

I would like to organize a party for my 2YO with a cowboy theme. He loves Woody from Toy Story. The question is: What might the menu? It may sound silly, but what cowboys eat? Easy to make and raise something for children and adults.
